Women's Initiative for Networking & Development (WIND) :

Self Help Group (SHG) , Micro Enterprises managed by women of the community, Generates regular income to women and availing Micro credit facility to them are the main slogan of WIND. In order to create permanent income for women, will have to step forward and form a SHG containing at least 20 ladies. Group should have a common task to be fulfilled. They have to select two leaders among themselves per group and charting out the modus operandi of that particular group.

The womens group (SHG) are working on the common agenda created by themselves. For the purpose of business, the SHG can apply for micro credit facility from Kerala Vishwakarma Co operative Credit Society Ltd. (KVCC) through their leaders. Once the loan is approved, all the 20 members are responsible for the repayment.

Naturally, there will be a stable income for them once the business starts and the repayment also possible within the means. Promoters of WIND and Micro credit in our society spend their valuable time for promoting the WIND for the formation of SHGs in all 11 zones of KVA Mumbai. The association request the ladies of the community to come forward and introduce themself, Join SHG, be self-confident and earn an income of pride. Help self, help family, help the community, association and the nation as well.
